Introduction
The Asian Dairy Foods Brand established and founded by Shri Sadabau Khot (Current Agricultural Minister of
Maharashtra State) is Founder Chairman and Managing Director who with great efforts brought various products and wide variety into this
business and as one would say ruled the markets of Maharashtra and Gujrat over a period of time
but later on due to increasing political and social commitments decided to Sell the Assets Brand and
Market share to Mr. Sanjay P. Bansal Founder and Partner of “Shashi Dairy” in the year 2011. This is
the same Mr. Sanjay P. Bansal who is also Founder Partner of Krishna Dairy in Parola-District Jalgaon
and supplying loose cow and Buffalo milk in bulk quantities to Mumbai. So with the name of Shashi
Dairy Mr. Sanjay P. Bansal bought the assets, Brand and Market share from Mr Sadabau Khot. After
running the business successfully for many more years due to some personal reasons decided to sell
the assets brand and market share of both companies namely “Shashi Dairy” and “Krishna Dairy” to
Founder Director of “Asian Dairy Foods Pvt Ltd” Mr. Rahul Chaturvedi the
year 2017.
Asian Dairy Foods is one of the biggest brand names in North Maharashtra and Gujrat with huge
capacity tetra pack plants having world class machinery with Production capacity of 75000 ltrs/day
at Dhule plant and 55000 ltrs/day at Jalgaon Plant.
Devkinandan has 5-7 different types of Milk qualities in pouch packing and loose milk supply by
tankers which includes High Fat Milk, Slim Milk, Gold Milk, Taaza Milk, Com Milk, Butter Milk, Chaas,
Masala Chaas. Also Flavoured Milk, Cow Ghee, Buffalo Ghee , Butter ,Cheese, Flavoured Lassi, Milk

Mr. Rahul R Chaturvedi, Founder Director of “Asian Dairy Foods Pvt Ltd”
Born on 19- Dec 1982 in Thane Maharashtra and completed his high school and college from Thane
itself. Mr. Rahul was always interested in Dairy and its products as his close family members have
been running a large number of Cow shelter homes and Dairies in and around Mumbai.
Mr. Rahul Chaturvedi is a very well known name in Builder & Developer lobby in and around Thane
and Mumbai. Mr. Rahul Chaturvedi who is also Founder Director of “Siddhivinayak Infrabond
(India) Pvt. Ltd.” Also Owner of “Siddhivinayak Builders & Infrastructure Developers” and Is
partner of four to five such more companies who have few running residential construction Projects
and few already completed in and around Mumbai and Thane city.
Mr. Rahul Chaturvedi has completed many township projects and his first preference is always to
serve those who serve the nation and to walk the talk already reserved and sold many Flats to the
armed personnel/Police at highly discounted rates. Currently in one Mega township of Thane Many
buildings have been already completed on time and handed over to the respective customers in
addition to these there are also projects under the scheme of Govt. of Maharashtra known as SRA
projects in Mumbai & Thane which are in Progress . The Business turnover is being accounted based
on the Date/Year of actual handing over of the possession to the buyers. Resulting into in spite Of
regular activities the Profit & loss a/c shows Different types of turnovers and Profitability of the firm.
Mr. Rahul has been into this industry from a long period of time and has always been of the opinion
to give the society best and Quality Products and that is visible from the Construction quality of his
Projects as well as the Hygiene and Quality maintained in Both Dairy Production Plants of Dhule &
Jalgaon.

Ms. Mahalaxmi Chaturvedi: Born On 1989 in Chembur Mumbai has been into the Buisness of
construction and Trading for a long period of time. She also has a deep down association with Milk
industry coming from a family background who are also into Milk Industry. Ms. Mahalaxmi
Chaturvedi has earned a very good reputation in and around Mumbai as a known Civil Contractor,
while running successfully the Dairy industry and also running her Trading business and Marketing
agency she carries a never stop attitude for work. Being wife of Mr. Rahul Chaturvedi has always
maintained the legacy and ethics of the company.
The Company believes in keeping environment safe and has been always contributing towards the
same by way of following the best practices of safe and healthy environment. Employees are also
